Product development and Visual Brand Language evolved together. Through prototyping, I identified the functional forms and details that gave the product its character, then translated those discoveries into a repeatable design system for the broader collection.
We challenged a traditionally injection-molded material by adapting TPE to a blow-molding process. The resulting hollow construction retained TPE’s durability and elasticity while creating a toy that was lighter, springier, and more responsive to chew. Under compression, the flexible shell could deform and rebound rather than resist force—ultimately improving performance for heavy chewers.
