3D design with tight fit:
Toys with undercut fit treat locking geometry create a treat puzzle combo that is engaging for dogs for long periods of time.
Multi Material:
Named for its shape, the Jack is a toy-within-a-toy puzzle designed to encourage nosing and gradual treat release. Its two-part, 0.25" wall construction required heat welding to maintain food-safe standards. This process increased the minimum durometer, leading to additional prototyping and testing to achieve the right softness for a dog’s mouth and nose.
