Safe + Value:
The concept centered on two consumer needs: safety and value. Bully sticks and long chews can be expensive, quickly consumed, and potentially hazardous if swallowed in large pieces. Protecting the center helps slow consumption and encourage chewing from the ends—extending treat life and creating a safer, better-value experience.
Collection Identity:
We align on the final form taking inspiration from other existing products. Form/shape/texture/color follow existing product elements.
Form Evolution:
Initial exploration focused on forms that protect longer treats and extend playtime. The selected concept encourages dogs to access the treat from the ends rather than immediately biting through the center.
